Remarks
Removes a member from the clan.
The target username is removed from the clan and receives S>C 0x76 SID_CLANQUITNOTIFY. All online members then receive a S>C 0x7E SID_CLANMEMBERREMOVED to update their clan lists. You must be the leader or an officer of your clan and target username must be a member of lower rank.
If the target username is your own, you leave the clan and your rank may be anything except "Initiate" 0x00 or "Leader".
